Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders can be made upon request

All sales are final

Custom orders no returns or exchanges all sales are final

Exchanges or Returns are accepted if on delivery, the item is damaged. You are responsible for contacting me within 2 days or no exchange will be given. If returning, you MUST SHIP ITEM BACK WITHIN 7 days of being delivered to you. Refunds are only issued with my approval - you are responsible for shipping costs to send item back and you dont receive the original shipping cost back. Items being returned must be in the condition it was received in, any sign of use or wear will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.

Time to finish shoes

Time depends on how many orders I'm working on at the time. It may take less time or more time just depends. Average time 6 weeks if you want them by a certain or sooner time 20$ extra would be charge in final price
